We also provide charter invoicing, VAT handling and structuring, broker commission deductions, net revenue calculations, and clear financial reporting, offering owners structured oversight across Greece and Cyprus.
02 · Charter Management
A more structured approach to commercial yacht operations.
We ensure the yacht is fully prepared for each charter through pre-charter cleaning, laundry, provisioning, fuel checks, and operational inspections, followed by post-charter inspection, damage assessment, inventory control, and re-preparation for the next booking. Crew coordination, provisioning, and consumables are managed as part of day-to-day charter operations, while owners receive structured reporting including profit and loss statements, revenue breakdowns, expense allocation, net income calculations, occupancy performance, and strategic recommendations.
03 · Maintenance & Refit
Technical planning and oversight delivered with clarity, structure, and control.
Maintaining a yacht in optimal condition is essential to both performance and long-term asset value. We oversee preventive maintenance scheduling, engine-hour monitoring, coordination with shipyards and contractors, spare parts procurement, warranty handling, and technical reporting to the owner. In Greece, this support is complemented by our own dry dock facility in Lavrio, Athens, where we provide comprehensive maintenance and secure boat storage services.
04 · Registration & Compliance
Support shaped around vessel status, documentation, and operational requirements.
We ensure full compliance with all applicable maritime and commercial requirements in both Greece and Cyprus, covering commercial registration and flag compliance, charter licensing, safety equipment inspections, annual certifications, regulatory renewals, and VAT structuring and advisory. The aim is to provide a fully compliant, low-risk operational framework across both jurisdictions.
